At Upwood, we’re certain you’ll be thrilled with your desk. But if it doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 130 days to send it back for a refund.
130 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Important Details:
- This guarantee is for the original buyer only.
- Desk must be undamaged and in like new condition (minor damage returns can be assessed on a case by case basis).
- Covers desks, including the desktop, frame, and legs.
- Keep the original packaging—it’s necessary for returns.
- The 130-day period begins when your desk is delivered to you.
- Returns must be initiated by the end of the 130th day.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds cover the cost of the desk only. Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For bank transfers, we’ll request your account information to process the refund.
Steps to Return:
- Email help@upwood.store for return instructions and guidance on preparing your desk for pickup.
- Ship your desk back to us with shipping labels attached.
- Once the desk is received at our facility, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
